Google Wallet : Ajoutez des surnoms à vos passes pour simplifier leur utilisation

Google Wallet introduces a new feature that allows users to add nicknames to their passes, making the app even more user-friendly.
Facilitate Your Wallet Organization with Nicknames
Google has been making changes to Google Wallet over the years, bringing users closer to the idea of a digital wallet on their smartphones. By loading various cards and passes onto the app, users can access them easily on a daily basis.
For those who have fully embraced the digital wallet lifestyle, having multiple passes on their devices can lead to confusion. To address this issue, Google has implemented a new feature that allows users to add nicknames to their passes, similar to how one would label cards in a physical wallet.
Adding Nicknames for Convenience
With the ability to add nicknames, users can easily differentiate between their passes and find the one they need quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations like waiting in line or at a kiosk. By simply typing in a customized name for each pass and possibly capitalizing the names for increased visibility, users can streamline their wallet organization.
This feature was officially announced by Google on April 8th and has already started rolling out. If you don’t see it on your app yet, it should be available soon.
How to Add a Nickname to Your Passes
To add a nickname to a pass, open the Google Wallet app and select the pass you want to label. Tap on the three-dot menu at the top-right corner of the screen, then scroll down to find the “Add a nickname” button. Enter the nickname you want (up to 25 characters) and save it to easily identify your passes.
