Fans Criticize the Price Point

Fans have been vocal about their disappointment with Tomb Raider: Legend, calling it “false advertising” and criticizing the $30 price tag. According to streamer and modder Lance McDonald, the initial screenshots on the store page showed the PS3 HD remastered version, which has since been removed.

“Way too overpriced for such a low-effort port,” one fan commented, while another expressed disappointment in the lack of care put into the release.

Backlash Against Sly Cooper as Well

Similarly, Sly Cooper, another classic game released for PS4 and 5, has also faced backlash for similar reasons. Some players have even claimed that the PS4 version feels sped up. Despite the addition of these PS2 classics to modern consoles, not everything is going smoothly for fans.
